Practice Policies & Fees
Session Rate (2026 Rates): R650 per 50 to 60-minute session.

Medical Aid: I am registered with the Board of Healthcare Funders (BHF) practice no. 1023659 and most major medical aids. Depending on your available funds, I can submit claims directly on your behalf.

Self-Paying Clients: Payments can be made via credit card or EFT

Client Forms & Informed Consent
To ensure we maximize our time together during your first session, we will need to complete a brief administrative intake. Once you have booked your initial session, I will email you my Counselling Contract and Informed Consent forms.
Appointment Cancellation & Medical Aid Policy
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Please Note Regarding Medical Aid: Medical schemes do not provide cover for missed appointments or late cancellations. Therefore, if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, the standard session fee will be charged directly to your account and will be payable by you.
